Spring Tomato and Avocado Bruschetta

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Baguette or crusty bread, sliced and toasted


Step 1 – Prepare the Tomato Avocado Mixture:

In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, diced avocado, chopped red onion, and chopped fresh basil.

Step 2 – Season and Dress:
