Tom Rybka - Crop Supervisor.
Roly Holt became the manager of Hornsfield Nurseries in 2005, but he has been involved with the business from a young age.

The nursery was built over the winter 2004/5 and covers an area of 6 acres. The plants are grown on hanging gutters and thermal screens are used to help to control the climate in the glasshouse. In 2009 fans to promote air circulation in the glasshouse and avoid 'cold' areas were installed.

Tom Rybka is the Crop Supervisor and has been at Hornsfield since it was built.
